Greg offers Beer Education courses for individuals and groups. He has prepared a variety of courses ranging from a one-hour Beer 101 intensive to a full day of training to prepare for the Certified Beer Server exam, and everywhere in between.

Whether it’s a rotating tap, special guest bottles for table service, or a 16-tap draught system, Greg can help you find local partners, source quality products, cut down on overhead costs, and keep beer flowing into customer’s glasses.
Cellar Management Services
Our on-call services will help you keep your restaurant, event venue, or corporate cellar inventory in great condition for years to come, replace bottles as they are opened, and even present bottles to special guests.
Events Service
Greg has experience judging national level BJCP sanctioned competitions, as well as performing host, speaker, presenter or panelist duties at beer and food events. He also gives tours of breweries, cellars and taprooms.
